By participating in Miss Royal Universe, contestants and guardians grant permission for the use of submitted photos, videos, and likeness for promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants and families are expected to uphold respectful and sportsmanlike behavior. The Director reserves the right to withdraw titles or deny participation based on conduct violations.

5. Changes & Cancellations

Miss Royal Universe reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will communicate updates promptly via email or social media.
